Our products have a one year warranty against faulty parts, material and workmanship from date of purchase.

Items subject to warranty should first receive approval from the supplier before the goods are returned, freight pre-paid and in a saleable condition .

Goods returned not under warranty and in a condition not suitable for re-sale will incur a charge for repacking, the cost subject to the condition of the returned goods.

Credit will not be refunded for goods purchase but not required.

While every effort will be made to arrange transport to the buyer's address to arrive safely, goods are not coverd by insurance unless requested. The cost of insurance can be arranged by supplier, if required, and the cost added to the invoice value.

Delivery to a buyer's address and at a time no person is avaiable for collection will be left at buyers address with no responsibility on the part of the carrier or the supplier.
